E-Gift Card Steps:

1. Create your E-Gift Card

• Fixed amount: from €20 to €180
• Custom amount: from €20 to €500 (for higher amounts, you may combine multiple cards)

2. Choose the Design

• Select a BY TERRY design
• Or upload the photo of your choice (recommended format 450 x 270 px)

3. Personalization

• Recipient: Name (max 60 characters)
• Written message: Custom text (max 200 characters)
• Video / voice message: Record up to 1 min 30 sec via the red button* Sender: Your name

4. Delivery Method

• "Send as a gift": choose the date and time via the calendar, confirm with OK, then enter the recipient's email address
• "Send to me": receive the card at your own email address to print or forward

⚠️ Please ensure that the recipient’s email address is correct and active to guarantee successful delivery.

5. Review & Validation

• Click Preview to check all information
• Adjust the desired quantity
• Click "Add to bag"

⚠️ Once the order is paid, no modifications will be possible.

How to use the Gift Card?

• A unique code XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is sent and remains accessible in your Customer Account (account creation available on eu.byterry.com).
• Online: enter the code in the "Add a promo code" field at checkout.
  

Important Notes

*Video or voice recording requires access to your device’s camera and microphone. Your recordings are strictly reserved for personalizing the Gift Card and for the recipient, in accordance with our privacy policy (GDPR).

**Please check carefully: amount, recipient's email address, delivery date, selected design. Once the Gift Card is added to the bag and payment is confirmed, it will be permanently registered and cannot be modified or canceled.

*** This gift card is valid for 1 year from the date it is sent to the recipient. It can be used in one or multiple transactions on our website. The right of withdrawal (14 days) is voided upon the first use of the card.

**** BY TERRY shall not be held responsible for typing errors in the recipient's email address during checkout or for the loss of the gift card by the recipient.

***** In the event of a return for an order paid (fully or partially) with a Gift Card, the refund will strictly be issued back to the original payment method(s). The Gift Card portion will be recredited as a new Gift Card and any remaining balance refunded to the credit card used. No exceptions will be made.
